Opera has finally cleaned up their mess…
Opera, your friendly Norwegian browser and hi-tech company has done more than release a new version of their desktop browser – Opera 10 – they have also cleaned up one of the messiest spots in my dock.
IKEA upsetting designers all over the world
IKEA has upset and enraged designers and fans all over the world with their new catalogue. Forums and Twitter is heating up with intense debate – and the reason for all this commotion? IKEA has switched fonts for it’s annual publication.
Huset kommunikasjon & design as: my new employer
Well, not that new actually. I started my job as webdesigner for Huset way back in March. Since then I have worked on a number of interresting projects that I will soon present here and in my portfolio. Sand is the new Comic Sans
For years designers all over the free world have been mocking Microsoft for producing the ugliest font known to man – Comic Sans, and rightfully so. But now there is a new kid in Ugly Town, screaming for attention – 'Sand'.
Sand is even uglier than Comic Sans and it‚s starting to appear everywhere like an uncontrolled pandemic. And worst of all – it was introduced by your favourite designer-friendly company, Apple.
